Working as a chef has been my dream for as long as I can remember and there has not been a day that goes by that I have not been grateful for this amazing profession. I have a BS in Culinary Arts and Science from Drexel University, with a minor in Enivronmental Studies. Working in multiple different restaurants, a bakery, a cafe, and on a farm has given me a wonderful basis to excel as a personal chef.
